Grime Busters KY LLC (“Grime Busters KY”, “we”, “us”) is a pressure washing, landscaping and snow removal business serving Louisville & Oldham County, KY. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use our services, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.

We only collect what we need to quote and carry out work:

• Contact details — your name, phone number and, if you give one, your email address.
• Service address — the property the work is for, so we can measure it, price it and turn up at it.
• Job details — what you have asked for, your preferred dates, notes you send us, and photographs of the work where we take them.
• Estimates, invoices and payments — what we quoted, what was approved, what was invoiced and what has been paid.
• Messages — texts and emails between you and us, kept on your customer record so any of our crew can pick up the conversation.
• Basic website analytics — pages visited and general location, through Google Analytics. This is not tied to your name.

We do not collect card numbers. Payments are handled on Stripe’s own checkout pages; we only ever see that a payment succeeded and the last four digits.

• To prepare and send you an estimate.
• To schedule and carry out the work you have booked.
• To invoice you and take payment.
• To send you texts and emails about your own estimates, jobs and invoices — see the SMS section below.
• To keep a record of work done at your property, so a return visit starts from what we already know.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run marketing campaigns against our customer list without asking you first.

If you give us your phone number and agree to be texted, we may send you messages about your own job: estimate links, appointment confirmations and reminders, invoices and payment links, and replies to questions you have asked us.

These are service messages about work you have asked us to do. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies with the job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Full terms are on our Terms & Conditions page.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process information on our behalf and only for the purpose listed:

• Google Firebase — stores customer records, estimates, invoices and job photos.
• Twilio — delivers our text messages.
• Resend — delivers our emails.
• Stripe — processes card payments.
• Google Maps — looks up and displays service addresses.
• Web3Forms — delivers quote requests from this website to our inbox.
• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage statistics.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it. Nothing else leaves the business.

We keep customer and job records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your record at any time and we will, except where we are required to keep an invoice for accounting.

• Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything wrong.
• Ask us to delete your record, subject to the accounting exception above.
• See everything we hold about your jobs yourself, any time, at your account page.

Our services are for property owners and occupiers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to how we text you will be told to you directly rather than only posted here.
